It had been a hard few months. One, he had left Sammie for a little while. Two, his mother was now sick with cancer and they did not know how long she was going to live. Three, although he got to see his daughter again he wasn’t able to bring her home with him just yet, although he did give her wonderful stories about Sweets and made certain that she was comfortable and well taken care of. Otherwise he did not care; he would have taken her back with him and faced the charges. Weariness dotted the lines by his eyes as he squinted against the spring sun, looking for the familiar lane that he had missed so much. He had left Sweets and Fuego in Sammie’s capable hands, and hoped like hell that Fuego behaved. Sweets he knew would behave. The puppy next to him scratched at the window as he looked out it, wanting out. It was a long car ride, for all three of them. His skin, if it was even possible, was even tanner. He wore a cowboy hat to hide how messy his hair was and his face was all scruffy, seeing as he hadn’t shaved in a few days. All he wanted was to be home.
He rested his hand against his head, feeling the breeze against his warm face from the open window. His mother being sick really sent a jolt through him. He was hoping for a happy extended stay with his family, not a sad one. He had always been close to his mother and his father. He didn’t know what his father would do without his wife right there. They still loved each other, and had no problem showing it. It was pretty much the cutest thing in the world. Just the way they looked at each other, these many years later, showed the love and caring that he wanted. That he hoped he and Sammie still had. Pablo tried to talk to her at least every day, if not multiple times a day. He had been sad to hear that Spirit had passed away, even if the stallion didn’t like Pablo coming in there and taking his girl away (to an extent), so it seemed they both were going through hardships. A sudden weight was pressed against his lap that broke him out of this trance and back to the road, swerving back over. Bandit had leapt on his lap, wanting to stick his head out the window. Cursing softly, he wove his arm under the dog to keep himself occupied on the road and nowhere else. A small smile crept up his lips as he finally saw the sign: Cedar Creek Ranch. Home sweet home.
He turned slowly into the drive in his new truck and trailer. Okay, well new used truck and trailer. They, of course, came from home because his dad liked his truck better, and they had a million trailers that were better than Pablo’s back here, so they made a switch. Which was just fine with Pablo. Bandit put his paws on the steering wheel, looking out the window with his tail going a mile a minute and slapping Pablo in the face. I have a better idea, you go sit over there. He stated, moving the pup back into the passenger seat. He understood that Bandit didn’t like this car ride no more than he did, so he would be happy for the running he would be able to do. Pablo just hoped Sammie didn’t mind having a new puppy and a new mare, seeing as he left those out of their conversations. Pulling up beside the barn, he looked about, opening his door and making sure Bandit didn’t get out before he did. Looking around, he already heard the whinny of a horse he knew: Sweets. She never missed anything. He also heard the impatient rustling of a mare in back that wanted out like NOW.
Glancing around, he didn’t see Sammie yet. He was a surprise today, seeing as he had told her tomorrow rather than today. But he couldn’t wait another day, so drove the rest of the way, making sure to stop every few hours to let Flit and Bandit out. Making sure that the window was cracked, he could hear the dang pup’s whining all the way to the back of the trailer. Opening the trailer door, he looked in at Flit who looked very disgruntled. I know, but mom asked. Gotta obey mom. He unclipped her from the trailer and clipped the lead line on. Walking the Paint mare out, he looked at her to make sure that no damage was done on the way back. Nope, perfect condition. And she would stay that way. He ran his fingers down her black and white neck, pulling some straw from her mane as he led her toward the grass. She jogged ahead, and he allowed her this time. She needed to stretch her limbs. Soon enough, after Sammie saw her, he would put her in with Fuego and Sweets. This was Fuego’s buddy right here, so he would have no issue. Sweets wouldn’t either, as long as she didn’t get in the way, seeing as they had never met. Now Bandit he was going to need to watch out for because he thought that everything was a plaything or a friend, which was not true AT ALL. He looked around, he would wait all day for Sammie to see him.
(Wow, wasn't expecting this much muse out of him...) [/blockquote]

The steady beat of the mare under her put her in a slight trance as she thought about everything that had happened. New truck, new trailer, Pablo left, Spirit had his terrible accident after that she had gone on a road trip, leaving her closes friend in charge of the ranch for awhile. She had gone and stayed at a few different friends houses, rode a few of there horses went to at least a dozen or so rodeos and just let go. The sudden squeal and skittering sideways, made her pay attention, she just shook her head, Jade it is the same kind of plant we have seen at least a half a dozen times its not going to get you. She seemed to settle when she realized it was the same thing. Reaching a nice part she spurred the eager mare below her, she leaned forward slightly and held onto her hat as the mare raced along the path.
Sammie figured she had time to do as she wanted, Pablo was not going to be back until tomorrow or that’s at least what he had last told her, she pulled back and sat deep in the saddle, whoa girl, the mares hind end came under her in a sliding stop and Sammie turned her around and headed back. The mare was starting to develop a thin layer of sweat but she was so high strung it was hard to tell when it was from working her or the mares own antics. Take this morning for an example, this mare craved the thrill of causing trouble and chaos and so she had shoved her owner causing her to stumble back and get her foot caught in a fed bucket, an hour after the fact Sammie finally managed to get it off, the mare was also known for opening her stall doors and the other horses stall doors and setting them free, she could also untie herself, plus she broke the broom, damaged the stall, tipped the water bucket in the aisle causing Sammie to slip, spilled the food and oh so much more.
But it was a work in progress with the mare, she had major trust issues, she feared loud noises and thinks all humans are out to get her and harm her. Sammie shook her head as she had gone off into another trance and now noticed they were no longer moving, but instead stopped in front of a puddle and before she knew it the mare bucked and she went clear into it, she stood and grabbed the mares reins, you brat. She scolded the mare snorted and glared at her, the good news was Sammie could see the driveway bad news was there was a truck there and she had a pretty good idea. Just as she was about to pick up her hat the mare broke free of her grip and snatched the hat and trotted away, Sammie closed her eyes counted to three and headed after the mare who had stopped just near a tree and was staring right at her with that look like why are you wet and over there. Sammie shook her head, getting close enough to the mare she trotted away again hat in all. Into the barn she went and out the back of the barn, Sammie stopped and saw Pablo standing with a new mare and a pup in the truck.
I will be right back, she jogged into the barn and out the back seeing the mare up the hill, it was not that hard, seeing the hat was still in her mouth. Sammie went up the hill as the mare moved again going threw a sticker bush, threw a creek and then right square into a mud puddle in which she stopped, dropped and rolled, Great there goes another freaking saddle, I so hope you out grow this! The mare squealed and walked over to Sammie, stickers and mud in all now her beautiful white areas were stained brown, I really really did not want to have to give you a bath today but now I have to. They walked back down to Pablo, Jade looking more like something out of a horror movie then a horse. Sammie snatched back her hat and tossed on the ground near the entrance, well then im glad that is over. She smiled, I missed you. She spoke, now if you excuse me I have a mud monster to clean and a battle to win. She shook her head and walked into the barn, clipping the mare into the wash stall and striping the tack off Jade. You are a brat and you know it. Thats all she said as she went to grab the things she need.

Just another day here, eh? He smiled and shook his head a little. C’mon girl, you don’t need to watch this. I don’t need you picking up any bad habits otherwise your owner will have my head for it. He was speaking as if she was going to live, and he hoped she did. The chances were slim, of course. He led the pretty mare to where Fuego was pacing up and down, letting out a nicker. Flit started jogging, wanting to get there quickly. Probably before Fuego tore down the fence to get to her. Ah two buddies meeting again, it was such a sight to see. Opening the gate, he quickly unleashed her to Fuego, slamming the gate shut behind him as he turned around to look at the two. It was like a joyous reunion of best friends. Flit galloped toward him before skidding to a stop as they met in the middle, sniffing each other out before Flit rubbed her head against his neck then taking off in a gallop, kicking up dirt at him. Fuego followed quickly. Sweets could care less. She walked lazily toward Pable, and he pulled a carrot out for her. Just for you from our girl. She told me to give it to you specifically. The little Peruvian Paso took it delightedly as Pablo scratched her neck before ruffling her mane. The mare walked away, perturbed at Pablo for doing such a thing. Well his babies were doing good now.
Walking back toward where Sammie and the mare disappeared to, he let out Bandit before he scratched his way through the glass. The pup yipped a little and danced around his feet before taking off to who knows where before the invisible leash that connected Bandit and Pablo snapped him back. Manners for you start soon. I’ve never been around these horses so I don’t know how they’ll act with you around. He knew that if Spirit were alive he might’ve given Bandit a swift kick in the head to shut him up. Walking toward the wash stall, he made Bandit sit before going over to check out the tack. You have something about crazy horses. Please tell me the other two aren’t as crazy as this one? Though she looks good as a… He squinted as if he could not tell what color she was, Bay. Okay okay so he wasn’t one to talk with the gelding who would win the prize for the craziest in the insane asylum, but he still could make comments like that. [/size]

She chuckled, ones cranky the other well he could careless but he is a good fast horse and I dont have a thing for crazy horses they just come to me like that. She sprayed down the mares legs, the mud coming off and showing the white in which covered them, working her way up, the chestnut color underneath could now be seen, she is how ever not bay but indeed a bright chestnut she spoke. Sammie scrubbed the shampoo into the horses coat and then rinsed that off before going down to her legs and using a special shampoo to clean her legs back to the white they normally were. She had left the hose on the wall near the mares head, she could just reach it and with every thing she had she did, and Sammie herd the water come out of the hose and hit the stall across, the mare squealed and pranced, she shook her head, the mare was having fun and pointed the hose towards Pablo and bit down on the trigger. She released and snorted as Sammie went to stand but slipped because the mare had the water pointed at the ground. Damn it Jade. She spoke using the mare to stand.
The mare was not letting go of that hose for nothing, Sammie flicked the mares nose she raised her head and dropped the hose but not before biting Sammie. She moved away and held her hand, you little brat. She nearly screamed the words, picking up the hose she sprayed the mares legs down and then quickly shut the water off and squeegeed her off and led her out to her own pasture. Before she released her she grabbed the mares halter and made her lower her head, Don’t you dare try and get out. She un clipped the halter and the mare shot off like a rocket. Walking back into the barn, and hung the halter up and then walked back to Pablo, sorry about that, she craves trouble and chaos, it took me an hour to get my foot out of a fed bucket this morning and she loves to set herself free and the other horses. She shook her head and neared him, arms wrapping around his waist, so how was the trip? She questioned softly.

As she let her own rascal out, Pablo made certain that his own were okay too. And they were, Fuego and Flit were grazing amicably next to each other while Sweets was off in her own little clover patch, guarding it with her life. He leaned against the side of the barn, waiting for Sammie to get back. Three new horses, just enough to keep her going every day. He looked around where the sun was high in the sky and the clouds were pearly white as they slowly moved across the vast blueness. The trees whistled their little tune, although it was too soft to be heard by human ears. He closed his eyes slightly, letting the sun drift down and warm his face. It had been a long car ride that was for sure, and his muscles were happy for the stretch. He tapped his fingers against the side before hearing Sammie’s voice talking to him. Feeling her embrace, he pulled her close, glad to have her back in his arms. He had missed this, it had felt like something was missing the whole time he was away, like his other half had disappeared. He closed his eyes for a second, letting the reality strike that he really was back home. It was terrible without you. Okay, yes cheesy, but he didn’t care. He didn’t want to let go either. He kissed her hair softly before hearing a noise behind them.
Looking back, maybe it wasn’t such a good idea to let Bandit loose without supervision. A bucket was overturned already, and he watched as the little pup wrestled with a lead line and halter. Finally, the little miscreant won as it came tumbling down on top of him. Letting out a yelp, the pup ran for cover before looking back. Creeping up on it, he sniffed it before grabbing it and taking off with it all over the aisle before stopping and putting two paws on Pablo as if to say, “Look what I just did! Aren’t I great?!” This is Bandit by the way. I couldn’t just leave him at home. Letting Sammie go, he picked up the struggling pup as he tried to lick Sammie. Behave, you know what that word means kinda-sorta. Bandit looked over at Sammie with his light blue eyes as if begging her to hold him, and only then would he dump this loser Pablo and love him instead.

Sammie chuckled, well it was no fun with out you here or on my road trip. She smiled as he picked up the puppy, looking at the mess the pup had created she laughed, this ranch is full of chaos creating animals. She smiled as the puppy looked at her, then she took it from Pablo’s arms and let Bandit lick her face before hearing noises coming from outside. She figured it was Barbary pacing along the fence line but when she stuck her head out to look there was no Jade, in fact her horses were not there at all. Sammie could not believe it and now she could hear more noises from where Pablo had his horses, she put the pup down and walked outside, there was the mare, she snatched her halter from behind and put her back in the barn, when the two stallions saw this they came right back and entered the mare and gelding barn, Caillou trying to suck up to his owner. Barbary how ever was just trying to get to the mare.
Well then, Pablo this is Caillou and that over there is Barbary the cranky one. She smiled before whistling to get the stallions attention she put them back into the pasture, Barbary paced the fence line, his hoof striking out at every once and awhile, Would you knock it off! She snapped at the stallion, his ears pinned against his head as he walked off. Caillou wanted to come back out and play with the tiny pup, he whickered softly and paced just like Barbary but it was not noise or loud like his, she decided to let him out, getting his lead rope she clipped it on leading the stallion out and shutting the gate quickly before mister cranky pants could get out. Sammie brought Caillou into the barn and he lowered his head to sniff the pup and then his big tongue came out and he licked the pup before blowing warm air onto the fluff ball.
He squealed with delight and moved slightly so he would not squish the pup, thats a good boy Caillou. She spoke, do you want to head up to the house so you can, un pack and such? She asked, she was going to make some lunch too. She yawned and maybe a nap before she came down to feed the horses there own dinner. I think we might get a pretty nice storm tonight, with how warm and sticky it is. She kissed to Caillou and put him back in the pasture he was satisfied for right now but she knew he would look for the little dog, she walked back to the barn and waited.

They really knew how to keep this area full of pesky animals, did they not? And for once his horses were not the ones creating the chaos, instead it was hers. He smiled as he looked at the horses, letting her deal with them. Between them, they had enough on their plates, was it not true? He picked up Bandit because he was getting a little too close to the hooves as he went to go investigate his new playmates and he didn’t want to see the Siberian Husky pup squashed already. Putting him back down, he noted that one horse seemed a little interested in the other four-legged creature, and then came back with Sammie after she tried to put them away. Bandit, it seems that this is your new best friend… He looked at Sammie, trying to remember the stallion’s name, Caillou. Bandit barked at him as the stallion licked him before licking the horse’s nose his tail wagging wildly. As Sammie took the stallion away, he followed quickly, trotting next to the stallion like he was his own personal escort. Pablo rolled his eyes watching the little dog as he felt he was so important. He sat right beside the gate, guarding it with his own life to make sure that nobody got to his new best friend.
Maybe he should unpack, however unpacking was so boring. So droll. He walked a little bit away from the barn, watching as he heard the pounding of hooves coming from the pasture. Fuego and Flit were at it again, but Flit was beating him by a mile, and she knew it as they stopped and she held her head over his, trotting in front of him. Another battle won, and it seemed the war would be hers too. Ahh to have no care in the world like them, those would be the days. Sammie came back, and he looked back to see how Bandit was doing. He was doing fine for now, but who knew in five seconds. Maybe until something shiny came along that would drive his attention elsewhere. Slipping an arm around her waist he pulled her in for one more hug before letting go. Okay so it was mushy, gushy and about a million other words that were too cutesy. It would die down at some point. Taking her hand gently, he started to walk up to the house. So how was that road trip you took? He knew it was in that time that Spirit had passed away, how he did not know completely. But he wouldn’t mention that right now, maybe later. The sun became covered by a cloud for a short time, throwing everything in shadows. Although the sun felt good on his neck, the sudden cooling sensation of the shadows felt even better.

She smiled, the little puppy was to cute and Caillou would protect that thing with his life. She shook her head as Caillou reached over the fence to touch the pups head and then he licked him again. As Pablo hugged her she smiled, she really had missed him and everything that came with it. They walked back to the house holding hands, Sammie was deciding how to answer how the road trip was, lets just say it was not going to happen for a long time, it was a lot of fun but also a lot of late nights and long and painful days. She smiled I knew you would ask that, lets just say it was fun, I got to see my friends and help on there farms, went to a lot of rodeos and drank way to much plus having to get up the next morning and work on my friends ranch we should just say it was hard to do with a pounding head.
She squeezed his hand, letting go thats what I did and I know putting Spirit out of his pain was the right thing to do, if he would have recovered he would have been in pain for the rest of his life and could go lame, you don’t know the full story so I will fill you in, Spirit and I were practicing for the next out of state show which was coming up, so we were going around the barrels and hit the last one and a crack of thunder sounded and it caught him off guard and he threw me, and galloped out of the outdoor arena and down one of the trails, he was blinded by fear and tripped and fell in a hole on the ground and he snapped his leg. She stopped as they reached the house, she opened the door and walked in kicking her boots off, that’s all that happened wish it would have not happened but it was out of my control, the sky had been sun until that last barrel.
She walked into the kitchen and grabbed a water bottle sitting on the counter, now it hit her that she had been working out in the barns for sometime and she was truly tired. She yawned and then sighed as she looked at him, a nap sounds good right now she smiled and took another sip of her water. Waiting for him to speak.

The place never changed, did it? He wondered as they climbed the steps up to the porch. He let her talk. Yes friends could manage getting anyone to drink, couldn’t they? Which could leave them with, of course, the worst headache in the world and the worst temperament the next day. The story, on the other hand, definitely wasn’t her fault. Stupid storms they could ruin everything. Even a life. And then when you’re sitting in your house, reading a book or watching tv then they were nice. He looked around the kitchen as he entered. Nope, it never did change. He took off his shoes, placing them next to the door. He did not want to traipse dirt all through here because then he would have to clean it up.
He went and leaned against the counter next to her, surveying it all. How could he have left all this? Oh yeah that little kid back home with half her genes. Just at the thought his heart panged. Maybe he should have just done everything up here rather than go down to see her. It hurt even more, but at least with time the pain dulled. And he got to see his parents again. He had gone on and on about Sammie that they almost got tired of hearing about her, so he made sure to shut up even though he somehow managed to slip in comments here and there. Oh and of course he missed his brats up here. Finally coming out of the past he glanced at her. Then you go take a nap and I will get lunch ready. He turned her around and toward the staircase. That’s not a request, that’s a demand. I’ll unpack later. But what to make, what to make? Pasta, no maybe for dinner. Ah well he would figure that out after Sammie went to take a nap. While she was taking a nap maybe he would unpack the tack that he had for Flit who knew. And after she was up and fed, maybe work with her some? Who knew the day had endless possibilities.

She shook her head, fine mister demandy pants and have fun making lunch you can do dishes too. She smiled before heading up the stairs wondering what he would decide to make for lunch seeing she had just gone grocery shopping and there was lots and lots of food in the house. Reaching the bedroom she was greeted with quite a warm bedroom. Sammie opened the window and moved around the room to the dresser to grab a pair of shorts and a tank top. After changing she laid down in bed and fell asleep, she woke up and hour later with a killer headache and sweating up a storm, the room was not any cooler so she shook her head and stood going to the bathroom to grab some tylenol and took it back to the bed, she propped her pillow and took the tylenol and then flipped the tv on to check the weather.
Her heart nearly stopped when she saw all the warnings and it was coming toward them, they would have to get the horses in before it hit and she would have to put Jade in the indoor arena so she would not hurt herself nor damage the stall with her fear. She sighed as her head rested against the pillow she closed her eyes and focused not on the pain but happy things but nothing worked, she rolled over and curled into a ball, biting the pillow softly to keep herself from screaming out in pain it hurt that much, she now knew she did not have a headache but a migraine and it was full on and causing her oh so much pain. Damn it she muttered and she ran to the bathroom, becoming sick to her stomach when she thought she was all done she washed up and then sat on the floor in the bathroom, Pablo she called, I need you to turn the air on and bring the horses in we got a nasty storm coming and can you bring me another water bottle please and thank you.
She leaned back over the toilet feeling like she was going to get sick again, in which she did. Once again when she was done she washed up, this sucks she muttered now she really had to be done. She stood and walked back to the bed and laid down, curling in the fetal position and putting the pillow over her head as the beeping continued on the tv and the storm came closer.

Oh great… He dropped the bread that he had been putting peanut butter on and looked outside. For once he was not paying attention to the outside world and out there were big thunderheads rolling straight in, almost black as if carrying the night sky with them. On it. He called back, grabbing his shoes and throwing them on as he ran outside to gather the horses. ------
The wind had picked up ferociously by the time he got back inside with Bandit. All the horses were okay. Fuego gave him the most trouble out of his group, and Jade out of hers. But they were all safe. The clouds completely covered the sky and a loud crack of thunder made the dog in his arms yelp and start to shake. He set him down gently as he took off his shoes looking around. He could hear the television from down here. Remembering the water, he grabbed it. Bandit followed at his heels, not wanting to be left alone as all of a sudden rain thudded against the roof along with hail. The little puppy was shaking violently as lightning zig-zagged across the sky and thunder made the whole house shook. He hoped the horses were going to be alright out there. Bandit did not want to leave Caillou, although he had found him playing with a grasshopper, having left his post for something jumpy. Pablo bet that he was glad he had changed his mind now. Opening the door slowly, he looked at Sammie with concern now in his eyes. Maybe he should have looked in on her first before going to the horses. Turning off the television, seeing as they were going through what they were reporting, he sat on the side of the bed, running a hand up and down her arm. You okay? He asked softly. Bandit, on the other hand, had another approach. Jumping on the bed, he laid right next to her head, looking at the pillow before whining, nudging the pillow with his nose, trying to lick Sammie. Bandit, stop it. He said, placing the water on the nightstand and pulling the puppy away. The dog struggled for a little bit before being presented with a chew toy. He took it under the bed with him, away from the loud noises. [/blockquote]

She had fallen asleep again, despite the pain that plagued her head. Sammie was however awoken by the hail, rain and thunder, she rolled over as she herd whining and Pablo’s voice. She removed the pillow it was just a bad migraine the pain is not that bad any more. She rubbed her eyes and then her temples, looking up at Pablo she moved over and patted the spot next to her. Turning to look out the window, she was faced with a different sky it looked like night and the flashes seemed to come more frequently, she cringed slightly and turned away from the windows not wanting to watch the storm any more. She was looking across the room but then she remembered A. That Bandit was in here and B. Her necklace she had set on the night stand was no longer there.
She sat up and looked at Pablo, my necklace its gone, she spoke. Bandit would not take it or would he? Sammie asked again, she had the necklace sense her accident and now she did not want to lose it, it was a gift and something important to her. She laid back on the pillow and ran her hand threw her hair before resting it above her head, she looked at him and then Bandit dashed out from under the bed with a silver chain dangling from his mouth, My necklace she gasped. The dog ran out of the room and down the hall, she could hear his claws going down the stairs and him sliding across the wood floor. How ever she could not help but laugh at the little dog and there was nothing more you could do because he was to cute to get mad at.

Bandit! Pablo called, although it was drowned out by the storm’s thunder. It seemed they were in the worst of it as tree branches could be heard splintering outside from the assault of the wind and blazing lightning forked through the sky, lighting everything up within the house and out for just a few seconds before disappearing. Looking over, he noticed that she was laughing. He rolled his eyes. He won’t do anything with it. He’s locked in the house it’s not like he could bury it. His nails weren’t made of steel or anything that could tear through the woodwork in a short amount of time and then re-patch the work again. He’ll bring it back. Laying on the bed, he looked outside. He really hoped the horses were okay, but he figured they were. Looking around, he smiled as he noticed the room had not changed either. And yet, so much had. He sighed and closed his eyes and heard the nails of one pup wanted for one grand jewelry heist coming back into the room and jumping on the bed, plopping in the middle of them as he looked around, innocent eyes on Sammie for some love. Cracking one eyelid, he looked at the Siberian husky. You’re in trouble now mister but I’m gonna let Sammie do the punishing so I’m not always the bad guy. Closing his eyes again, he settled in as if to take a nap, although he was listening to everything. The thundering that was continuous along with the wind sweeping against the windows, howling into the house like a ghost lived here. The lightning flashed across his eyelids for a brief light before dissipating again, although it left some strange afterimages in front of his eyes. He could hear his dog panting, laying down on the bed as he closed his own eyes. The floor creaking as the house settled some more. The rain pounding on the windows. And he could feel the presence of Sammie next to him, which made everything else that seemed so bad so good. [/blockquote]

She nodded as he spoke and then rolled over on her stomach so she could face him, the storm was really bad outside and she was worrying about Jade, that mare would hurt herself with how bad she freaked out, she actually wore herself into exhaustion with it. Sammie would go down and find her covered in sweat and she hoped she would not find any wounds. She crossed her legs as she herd the pup come back in and lay down on the bed and she herd Pablo’s words, she took the necklace from the pups mouth and put it back around her neck before looking at Pablo, why do I have to punish him he’s to cute and its going to be hard. Sammie smiled and looked down at the pup she just wanted to pick Bandit up and hold him until he wanted to leave but she did not touch the pup instead she looked at him, That was a very bad dog Bandit necklaces are off limits but you can have this.
She picked up his squeaky toy and gave it to him, the pup began to chew on it contently still in the middle of them that was until he shot off and under the bed with the toy when a loud cracking sound could be herd, she stood and went to the window and looked out a full grown tree had just fallen just missing the house, she shook her head and walked back to Pablo, she climb over him and then decided to sit on his lap so she was straddling him in ways. She laughed, hope you are good with a saw because you are going to have to take that tree down. Smiling she leaned forward and kissed him, im not to heavy for you am I? She chuckled and sat back, there was something she wanted to say to him but she was nervous to she did not know how he felt just like she wanted to take things further but his feelings towards it got in the way too. So she looked at him and waited.

Pablo watched her out of the corner of his eye. He was glad that she liked Bandit, otherwise he would have had to put her out of his life. Nah just kidding, he could never do that. He settled back down, clearing his throat a little as he felt the bed lift, hearing her quiet footsteps to the window. He heard the snap himself, and was glad that it did not strike the house. This was one frightful storm that was for sure, and was seriously glad he drove through the night to get here. Otherwise this type of night might have landed in him crashing. He finally looked up as he felt some pressure on him and looked up to see Sammie’s face up above his. He smiled. I was born and raised on a ranch sweetie. If I didn’t know how to use a saw I’d probably have been disowned by now. He jested. Feeling her lips on his, he kissed her back softly, his hands rubbing up and down her arms. When she was done he pretended to cringe in pain. Oww I don’t think I’ll ever get the feeling back in my legs.
Sitting up when she leaned back, he looked at her, a half-smile on his face. He took one of her hands in his and lightly squeezed before looking up at her, not letting go of her hand. What is it? He questioned, still with the half smile. He could care less about the thunder, the lightning. That was outside. They were inside, now, together again. Nothing else mattered (unless Bandit got into something else) besides them at that moment. He brushed her cheek softly, pushing back a strand of hair that was on her face. She had made everything bearable. Being able to speak to her while he was away made the trip better than if he had no one to talk to besides family. Tell me. He said this time, wanting to know, whether it was good or bad. [/blockquote]
