	Steele Residence - 1 Viewing 700 Bluebird Acres Way This house is one of those that was modified to support a larger family, and at one time it did. Now only the elderly parents remain, however, and strapped for cash they consented to rent out the top floor of the house, and Rowan, herself under financial strain, moved in. It's a fairly nice place to live, the bottom half brick and the top half white plank, with an outdoor staircase up to the second floor so that the family who live on the first are not disturbed by their tenant. 	Elton House An average two story house with nothing that truly sets it aside from all of the other houses. There is a backyard behind the house, and it seems as if the backyard is much bigger than the front yard itself. Indeed the house is a two story, but it only has two bedrooms, a large kitchen and one bathroom. There are one or two other rooms that are normally not used for anything except one of them is a study. These are more the cheaper houses for those that are strapped for cash. There is only a tiny yard in the back with driveways pretty much right up next to each other. The houses are only a single story with usually two bedrooms and one bathroom. Although some have been modified to fit a larger family.
