Stallion Barn

The stallion barn is one over from the mares and foals, and it contains ten box stalls, five on each side, for there are not usually many stallions at the barn normally. A small tack room is at the end of the building, a bulletin board with a list of the horses and their stalls are pinned to it for easy access by all is hung on the outside.

Gelding Barn

Lying between the mare and foal barn and the stallion barn, the gelding barn is just as large as the mares', twenty box stalls, ten on each side. The main tack room is here, at the end, much larger than the one in the stallion barn, containing several Western saddle and two or three English ones, as well as all the halters, bridles and bits, along with the other supplies required for keeping horses. The loft is also located in this barn, with stairs just outside the tack room leading to it. A bulletin board on the outside of the tack room lists the horses and their stalls.

Weanling and Yearling Barn

This is the smallest barn on the property, with only six stalls, for there are never many weanlings and yearlings, as Eddie is not much a true breeder, just every so often he buys or breeds a foal or two. Three stalls on each side, and a wall of pegs containing the smaller halters needed for the young ones. It it right beside the mare and foal barn, so they aren't too far from their mothers.

Tack Room

The largest tack room is located in the gelding barn, at the back of the building. It is large, housing everything needed for horse care, with room to spare to add more.

Loft

The loft is also located in the gelding barn, as it is the central barn. It is large and comfortable, no hay, but chairs and couches, a coffee table and some end tables, a T.V. in one corner. A rail keeps those upstairs from falling off the edge to the barn floor, with an opening by the far wall for the stairs leading up. A book case is against one wall, a little sparse now, but it'll fill up. There are lamps and lights, a cozy place to just hang out between working with the horses and riding.

Indoor Ring

Behind all the barns, and closer to the house, the indoor ring is slightly heated in the winter, and usually closed in the spring, summer and fall seasons, only really being employed when it pours.

Outdoor Ring

There are several rings to be used for lessons, and a small shed is nearby which holds the jumps and other obstacles that aren't kept in the rings, to keep them in good condition and as a safety precaution. They are each bordered by white fences, well maintained ones too.

Jansen Home

The home of Edward Jansen itself sits up on a bit of a hill looking over the barns and the rings. The house faces the road, and from almost every part of the house, you can look upon the pastures and barns of the facility. It is a larger home, a Victorian one that had been restored to its old glory, with several extra rooms that are currently empty.

Board Description
http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d98/Unvalor/maplewd.png
A peaceful river flows behind many wide and long green pastures. Maple and other hardwood trees border the property and along the banks of the river. A large two-story home sits atop a slight hill, overlooking a maple wood barn and the pastures. The barn is huge, with 40 box stalls, 20 on each side. Three cars sit in the driveway, a huge dark blue pickup, a dark blue 2010 Mustang GT and an old dark blue 1966 Mustang hardtop. Three round pens are located near the barn for training horses, large rectangular and square pastures extend outward, all attaching to each other. A picturesque landscape, perfectly created for one purpose: taking care of equines
