The house itself isn't very big at all, it is only made to suit a person or two. It has two bedrooms, though not very big. One and a half bathrooms, a small nicely sized kitchen, a living room and a small study. The main attraction of this house is the acreage, a lovely fifteen acres. This house was made for the nice roomy stables, only four and the pastures that can be fenced if wanted. The house sits on a hill overlooking the valley of the land that it owns. It take's you about five mins to get to the Cumming's Country House.There is a row of tree's when you pull into the driveway with a tree arch way that say's "Cummings". Once you come out of the tree's there is a small valley with hardly any tree's other than a couple. There is a small brick house on a hill. It has two bedrooms and two baths. It has a medium kitchen and a medium living room. It has a nice backyard. At the bottem of the hill is a small three stall barn where she keeps her horse's. On one side of the barn is a medium size pasture and on the other side is a medium size round pen to work her horse's that has sand in it. There is a small river going through the property which gives Taylor something to work with.This is the homestead of Taylor Joe Cummings.

A average house set on about 10 acres of land. The land has lush green grasses and there is a small barn on the property that can house about 3 horses. A small, 4 acred derelict farm on the edge of the forest. Its fields are overgrown and its barn and house are both crumbling down. The house has two bedrooms, one bathroom and an open plan living/kitchen area. The farm has been on the market for nearly eight years until it was recently bought by young Estelle.

The Ackerman House is owned by Alexandria Ackerman. It is a two bedroom log cabin set next to a treeline of woods. There is a small stable out back, room for two horses but no more. Most of the yard is taken up by pasture. There is a wraparound porch with a swing attached to the west where the sun always sets. Inside, there is a medium-sized kitchen, a livingroom, a study, and one and a half bathrooms.

A dilapidated barn takes up a good deal of the property, patched up with tin and a little bit of hope. The fields are full of white stones and the grass is thin. The barn itself hold four horses along with a small tack room and hay loft. The house is in slightly better shape, a one-story affair that is a weathered blue shade with dirty windows. It has the appearance of being abandoned.

Set back from the main of humanity Blackwood Cabin was built in the 1970’s. It was actually on the larger side, for being built from flesh, sweat and blood. The interior was simple, with a decent size accepting room – the first area you encountered when you walked in the front door- right accrose from the door was a huge fire place that, when the winter season was upon the earth warmed the entirety of the cabin. There was no electric light source anywhere in the cabin though the single window set on the right wall was sufficient enough during the day. Under the window sat a large hardwood stable with four chairs surrounding it. Other then a old, dusty rug in the center of the room nothing ells was to be found. But to the left there were two doors, each leading to a bedroom. The one closest to the door you enter the home with was the bigger of the two bedroom, it being the master’s room. Though there wasn’t much in either bedroom furniture wise, they were just as sparse as the kitchen/dinning room/entrance room. With only a bed, single dresser and old rug in each. If you wanted to use the bathroom you best be ready for a trip outside to the outhouse. Blackwood Cabin had been kept much the way it had been built, though the outhouse had been slightly modernized with running water for both the toilet and the ajoining shower. Still no light though, so you better be ready for a black shower. The cabin was set on only a few acres of land, the rest having been sold threw the years, but what land there was was long and lush grass. For the horses that may recide here theres a rather new stable, able to fit three comfortably in large stalls. And a fenced in area was to ensure the safety of the domestic animals.

The house is a simple two story stone home. It has four bedrooms and two and half bathes. The house is an open floor plan, with the bedrooms upstairs, entertaining areas on the first floor. The basement holds a bar and a family room like area, it is a place just to relax and let lose. The house sits on 10 acres and has a four stall horse barn and a pasture that connects to it. The stalls are large and comfortable, there is a tack and feed room and a wash area. Outside on the left side of the barn there is a pen there to work the horses.
