Job.. needed badly

Elli, parked her truck and trailer and quickly got out. She hoped this would be the place, the place that offered her a job as a horse trainer. She checked on her horse, Heidi and fed her a carrot quickly, then grabbed her purse and went into the office. She looked around and walked up to the counter. She stuck out her hand.

Hi. I'm Elliana DeVries. I am looking for a place to board a horse and possibly a job. Would you have any availabilities? She questioned softly, her voice just above a whisper. She hated introducing herself, let alone really talking to humans. Give her a horse to talk to any day over another human. She let a soft smile slip onto her face, hoping it would provide a warm enough greeting.

I was just coming out from the stable and heading into the offices to check for any messages and to get a few things done. I sat behind the desk logging on to the computer, I brought up a few messages along with listening to a few on my phone, when a woman walked in, I stood and shook her hand its nice to meet you Elliana im Sammie I am the owner of course there is plenty of space to bored your horse and there are lots of jobs open, so why don’t you tell me what you are interested in. I smiled and thought about maybe making her a trainer, soon we would have young horses that would be coming in that needed to be trained and I would not always have the time to train them, the filly that I currently had could use some training on getting use to humans touch and all the things we used around them. Are you good at training horses? I questioned waiting for her to answer.

Elliana leaned over to her right leg, listening to the lad-- sammie as she spoke. Okay, good. There was enough room to board her horse-- heidi(ooc:who's yet to be made:/ooc) and there were plenty jobs availble.

Oh yes. That is what I am best at. I can gentle horses very easily, and make them trust the owner or person completely. She said almost too quickly. She shifted again and pulled a strand of her hair back behind her ear. Anyone could tell she was uncomfortable.

I smiled watching as she seemed a bit un comfortable, Alright then we will make you a trainer here at Cedar Creek and there is no need to be so un comfortable it is a very friendly environment here. Smiling again I walked to the door, would you like a tour? We currently only have one young filly but soon we will have others that need training. I walked back to the desk putting her into the borders section, I logged off and grabbed my phone putting it in my pocket. Its had been a little crazy around here but things were starting to slow down, I walked back to the door and opened it letting the spring air into the office, I waited for her to answer.

That quickly? Elliana had just got herself a job and a place to board heidi in less then 10 minutes. Oh! Wow. Thanks. Yes i'd love a tour. She said with a little less nervous tone to her voice. She followed sammie out of the office and into the fresh spring air. She could hear the fillies soft whinnies. The whinny was spirited, but kind and loving. She could tell it wouldn't be too hard to train this young one by the sound of her lyrics that danced in the air.

Shutting the door behind us I walked down to the barn No problem I like to see this place taking off, listening to the whickers and calls coming from the horses, well this filly is still on bottle so she just needs to get use to humans she had a hard start to her life along with her mother who we had to separate her from the calls you hear are just from my stallion and a few of the other horses. I laughed and walked into the mare and gelding barn, walking to Pandora’s stall. This is Pandora and her mother is out side currently, I walked in and led the little filly out of the stall, she is starting to put the weight she lost back on her mother was un able to produce hardly any milk due to her condition. So would you like to get started today and when are you thinking your horse will be here? I questioned and waited.

Elliana smiled as the young filly stepped out of the stall. She couldn't help reaching out and calmly stroking the filly's soft nose. The filly's name was Pandora. What a beauty she is. Elli said this softly, so she wouldn't scare the young one. Elliana slowly moved away and turned to Sammie.

I can start today, if you wish. Heidi should be here sometime later tonight.(ooc:just made her:/ooc) Elli said in a more comfortable tone. She couldn't wait to get started with the Filly. Not that Elliana didn't enjoy Sammie's company but Elliana wasn't a human person, she was a horse person.

I smiled yes she is a beauty just like her mother minus the color difference. I watched as she stroked her soft nose and spoke again, that would be wonderful and sounds good this will be the barn she will stay in so you can pick any open stall and settle her in when she arrives. I trusted that the filly was in good hands now she would do wonders with training, well you can take her to the indoor, one of the outdoors or one of the corrals im going to work with one of my own horses and possible her mother so if you need anything just find me and I will help or tell you were they are located. I smiled and turned to head to the stallion barn to grab Spirit and turn him out so I could work with Angel after word.
