Alex listened intently, wanting to make sure she caught every word. This meant a job here. More importantly, a job working with animals. Most importantly, it meant the beagle would not bug her for toys every frickin’ day because she could buy a toy everyday so he would not run out of fun. She smiled inwardly as she thought about Tom. She would need to get home soon to take care of him. He was probably bouncing off the walls right now. Ah well, he could wait. That sounds perfect. When would I start? She asked, wanting to know as much as possible in such a short amount of time. Sorry, I know I have a lot of questions. Alex knew she could be inquisitive when she wanted to be. [/blockquote]

He flashed her a smile after a few moments. He was glad that the young woman was asking so many questions, inquisitive people were always good people, if they asked good question that is Well, come in whenever you get the chance and I will explain things a bit more in detail then. He always arrived at the vet's office at 5am in the morning, but he always accepted emergency calls at all hours. [/b] He listened to her as she apologized Oh no need to apologize, its good to ask questions Luckily he didn't have any patients at the office now, so he wasn't in a exact hurry to get back. It was a good thing that animals weren't getting hurt, but he needed to keep his business up and running nevertheless.[/size]

Alex wished she had majored in veterinary medicine but instead she had just received her associates in general studies. Not the smartest move, but hey maybe when she made enough money she would go back to college and go for a bachelors. How about tomorrow? She suggested. She had more errands to run tomorrow and could to the clinic beforehand. She was in no rush to spend more money. The sun was starting to sink outside and the faint glow of orange against the building and the windows across the street was pretty, as was the sky outside. Distracted by the pretty colors, she mentally shook her head. She could not get distracted, not right now. [/blockquote]

He would certaintly be at the clinic tomorrow, as for any other day Sounds like you have a job He spoke smiling afterwards. It was high time he got back to the clinic so that he could close up everything. He figured that his german shepard was hungry by now, he didn't want the dog to find something else to cure her hunger that could possibly endanger her health. I shall see you at the clinic tomorrow thenHe said as he got up from the table and went to retrieve his book and notebook from the other table. He returned to the table that Alex was sitting at and held out his hand for her to shake. Until then
