I charged the fence as a man passed by. I whinned shrilly and slammed myself at the fence. Then I kicked and reared and galloped. I had to find a way out! I had to go back to my home! My family! I wanted to get back to Ruby. Stupid humans! They came and threw ropes on me while I was protecting my herd. I plunged and snorted and screamed a challenge in the air. Come you stupid beasts! Come and try me! I'll kill you! Not even chains can hold me when I excape out of this place! GET ME OUT OF HERE! My eyes rolled with terror and anger. Teeth flashed in the bright afternoon sunshine. My coat was flecked with dried sweet. I kicked the fence once more. They couldn't hold me in here forever!
