A special day(phantom)

She shook her head to his question, no Jason you have not its just hard when I dont hear from you for two weeks and then out of the blue you call me and want to come over and I thought that everything would be wonderful, but it is far from that because I messed everything up by snapping at you and I did not mean to snap at you and she stopped to breath, im sorry and I love you and I would really like it if you came to Texas with me. She stopped, she was sort of panting from saying all that, even with the pause in between. She stared at the ceiling, Jason im really sorry if I made it seem as though I was mad im just confused thats all, I know you are normally nervous person but I dont want to walk down what ever im walking down and not see you waiting for me, I dont want you to run I want us to start our life right and going two weeks with out seeing each other is not in the right direction and I really dont think living apart is a good thing either but im not forcing you into anything I just want you to think about it, ok im done talking now. She smiled and grabbed a pencil off the coffee table and stuck it down her brace and itched, it felt amazing. She could only have this walking brace off when she slept. She sighed and took the pencil out and set it back on the coffee table and then grabbed a pillow and covered her face. She felt like being childish.

He was a bit taken aback by her outburst of words. "Don't be sorry. I guess its my fault I haven't seen you in a long time and what not. I apologize for having to look after my horse when he fell ill" He finally spoke, clearly explaining his long absence in one sentence. The last few weeks he was so caught up with the welfare of his horse that going to see Alyssa had totally slipped out of his mind. He shook his head slightly before he spoke again "I admit I get nervous sometimes, but what makes you think I will refuse to marry you and that I will run away?" He asked curiously. He wasn't upset, not in the least bit, he was just wondering about a few things she had just mentioned. A soft sigh escaped him as he took a few steps away from the door so that he could get a better look at her. He placed his hands on his hips before he spoke again "Do you honestly think that I would not show up at the wedding?" Once again he shook his head.

He thought back to one of the first things she had said. Texas. The very mentioning of that state made him shiver slightly. A great deal of time had passed since he had been to the lone star state. He could hardly remember what the state looked like. Though it wouldn't feel right if he let Alyssa all the way to Texas by herself. It just seemed so strange to him.[/blockquote]

She removed the pillow for maybe five seconds just enough to say what she had to say at the moment, Jason I dont know Im just scared and nervous. She put the pillow back over her face and thought about his other words, she sighed and then huffed, taking the pillow off her face to look at him, one you look like a women and two I dont think you would not show up, just never mind like I said im scared thats all, we are taking a huge step here and our relationship has had its rocky spots and that would include you leaving Texas with out saying good bye to me. She raised and eyebrow and stood walking over to him and taking his hands off his hips, this is when yoga comes in handy and running she spoke. Patting his stomach, she was able to release her frustrations threw stretches and breathing wail he, had to release his with his hands on his hips, hell she did not even do that, maybe a few times but still. Can we just kiss and make up? She spoke, thats just one of the few things I missed. She spoke softly leaning against him and waiting.

For a moment he didn't know what to say as she leaned against him. Usually he was the one messing things up, because he was an accident waiting to happen half of the time. "I suspect that is normal for a person to nervous and scared for a wedding" He guessed. He didn't like being reminded about his leaving from Texas way back when but he didn't mention it. "I apologize for not saying goodbye to you then. You know that if I did say goodbye, I would have only hurt you more" He finally spoke. He didn't expect that Alyssa would find him here, that had almost given him a heart attack back then, seeing as he was so surprised to see her he was speechless. Of course their recently mended relationship had its ups and downs at least everyday, but now he was use to it. It didn't even bother him anymore. He nodded once to her words. "Don't we always kiss and make up? " He managed to smile at little "I'm sorry"

She managed to smile, I guess you are right I mean we could have did this all wrong and had a shot gun wedding, which is defiantly not what I want. She laughed and nodded he did have something there, it would have hurt her more but at least they could have called and texted each other instead of silence, at least we could have called each other. She spoke softly and then she wrapped her arms around his neck, she had been overjoyed when she had found him, it had not been exactly like she had hopped but in the end it all worked out, they may have ups and down but she really could not be with any other guy then him, they both got each other and they understood one another and she liked that. She smirked, of course we do. Im sorry too and then she was kissing him.

It seemed as if they were always apologizing to each other for one thing or another. There didn't seem to be a point in them apologizing to each other any more seeing as they always forgave each other. He looked at her for a few moments as she wrapped her arms around his neck. He pulled back for a moment when she kissed him. "You don't have to apologize to me anymore okay?" He said simply before he kissed her in return.

She smiled and nodded as he kissed her back, she pulled away after a few moments. She looked at him and yawned, kissing his cheek. I wont apologize any more unless its really need, same goes with you mister. She spoke poking his chest lightly and then laughing. Kissing him again, she took his hand and brought him to the couch, she needed to sit her knee was becoming sore from everything. When he sat she sat on his lap, will you stay with me tonight? She asked softly leaning against his chest, she just wanted to be in his arms.

At least the slight tension in the air had faded. "Alright" He knew he was probably the main one that apologized for everything. After all, that was what suck ups did. Apologize for this and that. Half of the time he didn't even know what he was apologizing for. He smiled as he sat on the couch with her. "Do you really have to ask?" He didn't have any better place to go to anyway, so it wouldn't make much of difference if he stayed with her again today, seeing as that was what he usually did anyway.

She shook her head and smiled, of course I do I cant just assume you are going to stay that would just not be right. She spoke she looked at the clock, it was nine where did the time go? Well she knew the answer there, there slight fight more then made up for it. She stood, come on lets go watch a movie in bed. She pulled him up and led him upstairs, she changed and sat down in bed. Taking her brace off and setting it on the nightstand it felt so good when it could breath, she rubbed lotion on it and then into her hands, before turning on the tv and finding a good movie for them to watch. It was scary movie four. She pulled the covers over and propped her pillow and waited for him to join.

He didn't think it really mattered if she assumed that he was going to say. For he always assumed that he was going to decide to stay either way. He guessed that it really wasn't important. When they had finally gone upstairs he realized that it was more or less routine thing. He would always be there for her, no matter the circumstance. He sat down next to her on the bed and looked at television for a few moments before asking "How is your knee doing?"

He always stayed when he came over it kind of just came down to that and it seemed to be the same routine which she really did not mind at least he was here in flesh and blood and he was warm. She turned to look at him as he sat on the bed and looked at the tv for a few and then asked her a questioned. My knee is fine, still have to take it easy and such but I can ride, walk and thats it for now, I have to wear the brace during the day and then I dont have to sleep with it. She smiled and moved her leg so he could see her knee, it was still bruised and you could see the scar from the first time and the scab from the second time. She put it back under the blanket and looked at him, will you cuddle with me? She asked and then laughed, I just had to. She spoke and waited.

He turned to look at her as she mentioned her knee "It's good that your knee is getting better." It was still hard for him to believe that her horse had done so much damage to her, then again it was actually really believeable. He hoped that her horse had gotten better manners than it had before. He laughed when he heard her next words. "You are such a silly woman, you know that?" Although next thing he knew he had wrapped his arm around her "You must think of me as a giant teddy bear of some sort" He finally said as he looked at her.

She smiled and nodded, yes it is a good thing then I get to do more and more each day and I dont have to be a couch potato any more. She found herself smiling again, yes Spook has learned his manners more, he is perfect in a sense now. She laughed, I am silly I know it but I cant help it. She spoke as he took her into his arms, in a sense you are a very warm teddy bear at that, that makes me relax and fall asleep much more easily. She smile, he had his effects on her and she liked it. She sighed and looked at him as he looked at her, she kissed him. From me to you. She spoke, snuggling closer to him as she yawned and shut her eyes yet she was not asleep just merely resting her eyes, waiting for what ever he did next or said, she opened her eyes when the movie came back on and continued to wait.

For a minute he smiled. "So Spook doesn't live up to his name anymore?" He laughed quietly for a few moments before he spoke "You give me too much attention" He joked as he kissed her back. He soon turned his attention back to the movie before asking another question "So what's the reason for you going to Texas again?" He asked curiously for the subject of Texas had completely slipped away his mind. He looked at her as she yawned before looking back at the movie. Now since he had mentioned Texas, he couldn't get the thought of the state out of his mind. It didn't really bother him much nowadays though sometimes it could be a bit irritating.

She shook her head, not really I guess but his name was just to be a name and nothing for him to live up to but I think he decided to. She smiled and then laughed, I like to keep my man happy and coming back. She smirked and then he kissed her back, going to Texas to visit my father, get Spook use to cows and give Jazzy her touch up on them. She laughed thats all and my father wants to know about the wedding, because he has to find someone to watch the ranch and there are only a select few people he trust for such a big job. She sighed and turned away to look at the tv. She looked at him, can I give you a little more attention? She raised and eyebrow and smirked waiting.
