I remembered as a young foal i was brought here and sold away from my mother. Now i have come back. I was led out of the metal trailer by the owner of my former stable and into one of the stalls. After about two years of living with him, he needed to get rid of me. No one ever used me to ride and all I did was eat up all of his hay, grain, and apples. Plus, the barn was getting crowded. He needed to get rid of me to make space for the horses with more potential, or at least in his opinion.
Why was I that worthless and useless in his eyes? He liked to use his horses for either showjumping or calm and easy trail rides. Me, I ran straight through the jumps each time I went so fast. And out on the trail, he told me to walk and I ran. Soon he got tired of me and just stopped riding me altogether. Im not sure why no one else there rode me, but Im thinking its because the man told them I was bad, or at least in his opinion. I snorted as he closed the door on me. I suppose this would be for the best. Now maybe someone will come to buy me to use to ride and love.
The man posted a whiteboard on the stall door with writing on it. As he walked away, I poked my head over the door and read what he had written.
(she is supposed to be great at barrel racing but the man dosnt know that. Your character has to figure it our for themselves)
