1.Calme, ma beauté she spoke in her hushed French accent to her Gypsy Vanner stag. The stallion side stepped quickly, though Coral had expected it, and snorted his disapproval. His rider knew that he would act like this, he had not been ridden in at least a week. The girl pat his thick, powerful neck, pushing up his flowing banner to get to his pelt. The brute relaxed slightly, feeling his mistresses delicate touch and smartened up. His neck arched beautifully, his legs lifting into a showy stance. Corr' smiled affectionately, proud of the way her equine looked. His banner and whip cord flowed in waves down his neck and hind. His painted pelt shone sparkles in the beating sunlight, and his feathered hooves flickered up in arches. He gave an impatient snort, snapping Coral into the present and out of her thoughts. She dug her heels into his sides, they had barely connected when he threw himself into a canter. Coral rolled her eyes and adjusted herself to accommodate his bouncy stride. 2.Moins! she called out, once again in French. Her hands pulled back on the reins and Tempête evened out his strides. She cooed appreciation to him and he responded with a soft snort. Her mind wondered why he couldn't be this responsive when she did not ride him and why he was such a pain in the backside. Her head, topped by a riding helmet, shook and she sighed slightly. Her thoughts were cut off once more when the pair stumbled across a beautiful lake. A gasp slipped through her slightly parted lips and even Tempête neck straightened out to get a better look. She pulled him to a halt and dismounted, wanting to get him closer and herself to be able to go in. The girl had no swimsuit beneath her, but she had ridden out in shorts and a t-shirt instead of riding attire as usual. She didn't mind those getting wet and she could easily dry off before riding back to the barn. She lead Tempête over to the posts, and looked him in his soulful oracles. 3. Souhaitez-vous nager aussi? she asked him. His nares flared, and butted his dome into her arm. She took it for a yes, glad she had brought his head collar as well as the tack. She did like to ride bare back, and taking him into the water would be the perfect chance. She began to take his saddle from him, placing it on the ground out of the way. Her shoulder bag she had brought with her opened and she pulled out the red head collar inside. Walking back over to him, she took off his bridle, which he seemed to be glad to be rid of, and replaced it with the head collar. They encountered no problems during the transfer and she swung the lead rope over his back and tied it to the other side of his head collar.
Her lean frame climbed up onto the post and pulled herself up with ease onto his back. He evened out his stance and she encouraged him into a walk. They moved into the water, his frame quivering slightly with a mix of excitement and the cool temperature connecting with his legs. He splashed possibly as much as he could while entering and they made it to the middle of the lake where he had to swim slightly. She grinned at the excited whinny that left him, never seen him so colt like before. She had taken him to the beach before, but Willie was with them. The pony disliked being in the water for too long, so Tempête had not had chance to enjoy it. Her body leaned forward to untie the lead rope from his head collar at the one side, and she swung herself off the side of him, still gripping onto the lead rope. It was long enough that she would not be caught by his treading hooves but she still had control of him. She let him drag her around for a while before she pulled him up to the shallower waters. She sent herself into a run, laughing in delight as he ran beside her. She loved that she had no fear in him hurting her. He had been the most gentle today than ever before. She pulled him to a halt, astounded that the stag angled himself so he was placed in front of her and his muzzle close to her face. She gave him a kiss on the muzzle, again astonished when he did not move away. 4.Je pense que nous devons faire plus souvent. she told him. She decided that she was going to work up her bond with him and get him to at least like her, if not want to be around her like both Willie and Étoile did. She glanced down, seeing that her shirt had become see through and chuckled. She lead her stag over to the side and pulled off the shirt. She was extremely outgoing, so if someone came along, she would not be embarrassed. Things like that did not bother her at all. She flung the shirt to her stallions tack and turned back to lead him back into the water.
