The sun had just set in its place the moon and stars. A lone cloud drifted across the sky, covering the moon for the briefest second before moving on. Little furry rodents skittered by, an owl hooted in a near by tree feeling its pray near by. Ivory hoofs hit the soft grasses in a steady beat. Long silken tresses hung lose to her nape, her orbs held a fire something that could not be broke, harks were pinned against her skull buried in her creamy white tresses. Her long pillars covered the ground as she moved about the lands not one spot seeming to please to her to rest. She looked something like a ghost under the moon light, her frame lean yet muscular. She could support the strongest of males upon her. She was cold hearted and sometimes un forgiving but it all came with the package the package of Blaise. Call her what you please but B is what she normally went by there was no one to stop her she had wandered from land to land on her own. She stopped and snorted, she threw her weight into her hind as she reared but she did not make a sound, landing she trotted over to the water, pale kissers lowering to sip the liquid. It ran down her parched throat. She skittered sideways and went up into another rear tossing her crown she let a call shatter the night as she landed, she wanted to see who came who read her call right. She pranced in place and tossed her crown, hazel orbs once again hidden by her creamy tresses. She plunged her maw into the water again and sipped at the water, in tune with her senses and the night nothing was going to surprise her she could sense them a mile away, she would give them a run for there money. Consider it like a test drive if she liked what she saw then she would give them a chance how ever she did not she would chase them off or leave herself. B raised her crown and turned around, propping a hoof she waited under the cover of her forelock.

The pretty stars twinkled overhead while the moon took center stage. But darkness shifted in the trees, footfalls carrying across the mossy land. Daggers were submerged in the green as he lifted and stepped many times before bringing his maw to the ground, nostrils flared, the pinks of it showing as he took in the scents of this land. Amber orbs looked around at the dank forest, a sneer twisting his façade. This was not the kind of place he would even want his shadow residing for a time, but stay away as far as possible, in his own land. Peaks twisted and twirled, hearing the scream of another within these…what shall they be called, trees? Muscled bod was carried forth on tall stilts, plate-sized daggers stopping right on the border of the shadows as he looked on at the pretty fae ahead. Although his orbs feasted on the physique, his mind wondered what held her together mentally. He was not one of those shallow studs who would rather pick the prettiest fae who know nothing of leading, but rather for eye candy. Psh, eye candy. That never mattered. And even having a lead didn’t matter as long as one could handle the herd. Really he just wanted some company for the time being. Eyes were rolled for a second before he stepped out of the shadows, letting the moon’s rays hit his ebony hide in a snowy light. He did not even try to mask his presence being there. Why, when it did not matter and he was not even going to hurt her? That would be the only reason a stallion…well less of a stallion if they did that deed, would need to sneak up. I’m guessing you wanted to be found. He stated. His voice was gruff, deep, and straight to the point. He stopped while he was a safe distance away and let his muscles relax under his coat. His long forelock covered one eye and his tail swished feebly behind him, more out of boredom than those bloodsucking pests enjoying his lifeline. Danger cocked his own dagger, letting the point rest within the ground rather than on top. He spoke nothing else, letting her take over the conversation rather than he monopolizing it with his short statements. [/blockquote]

She snorted and raised her crown as a rather large brute stepped out of the shadows, of course I wanted to be found why would I not want to be? Her voice was delectable, like honey but a sour bit hidden with in it. She stood to her full height, he was not much large then she maybe another hand or so, she would give him a chance. She flicked her banner across her flanks, still looking at him threw her silky forelock he would not be able to really see her orbs, that was until she tossed her crown and cleared it from them, he had amber eyes, she hazel which still held the fire deep within her. What brings a brute like yourself out here? Surely one such as yourself most have a land to attend to? She laughed softly and stepped near him, her frame circling his before she stepped away with easy. Returning to her previous spot, he was worthy enough she would not chew his head off. No that would ruin any chances of finding a home, so she would play nice.

His daggers seeped farther into the moist ground. He looked beyond her toward the water, but he was good. This area seemed to be the only opening within miles of here. A brute like myself? Should I ask what brought a fae like yourself out here? He asked, a little angered to be put in such a group. Shouldn’t everyone be able to do whatever they want? Ain’t like they need to be watched over every second of the day. It was his answer, and then he shut up again, eyeing her. Though she was pretty, and her voice matched directly with her appearance, there was something else underneath it that did not match her physique. The owl hooted again behind him, but he did not even jump. A twig cracked close by, and his hark flicked but no other sign was shown. He was still relaxed as he sized her up. They were close in height, that was true. The stud stood calmly, breathing slowly. He was not going to give in to anger that quickly. That would be a great undoing for him, and there was no way that was happening. [/blockquote]

She shook her crown, he was much like herself with his snappy attitude. She laughed softly again, Sorry don’t get your self into a bunch now, The name is Blaise but most call me B. She spoke, May I know your calling? And why im out here, that is simple I have no where else to go. B yawned and turned, lowering her crown to the water sipping at it, her forelock fell in front of her orbs again, he was a handsome stallion at that. Her coloring was nothing like his, it was like night and day. She raised her crown, hark flicking as she caught the owls hoot and then the cracking of a stick, she only assumed it was a deer. She would have picked up quickly on the scent of another equine and no scent had come to her, she was still relaxed as she turned to face him again waiting for his reply, her harks had actually unpinned from her skull and were pricked toward him in anticipation for his answer to come.

He strode forth, keeping only a small distance between himself and the one called B. He let his maw dip toward the cool depths, skimming it as he contemplated his answer. He only sipped before bringing it back up, not turning back around but staring over the river toward the other side of the land. My calling is not important at this time. Why travel here when your presence is probably more wanted in a herdland? You’d probably be accepted in any. Yeah, he really didn’t care if she didn’t tell him or didn’t, he was just trying to strike up conversation. The moon was blocked out for a second and they were thrown into the utter blackness that would always come from the nighttime. This was when nightmares dwelled, the worst coming out to try and claim their prey. Danger, on the other hand, did not care about the nightmares. A figment of the imagination, really. His banner blew a little bit from a small breeze before it disappeared in no time. The cloud backed off and let the moon bring sweet dreams again to the equines and other creatures that inhabited the world. [/blockquote]

Fine your calling is not important and why should I go to a herdland and intrude and asked them to accept me? And its not like you are offering me a spot in your herd. She snorted and turned away, heading down river towards the lake. Reaching the lake she walked in and soon could not touch, her body was submerged as she head to a shallow spot, she stood and caught her breath before going back into the lake and heading to shore. She shook her frame off but it was still wet from the lake. She tossed her crown, her tresses were now clinging to her nape, wet banner flicked across her flanks as a bloodsucker landed upon it. She quickly smacked it away and shook her frame again, water droplets still landing every where, she trotted back up river to were he still stood, she propped a hoof and waited.

He watched as she walked away. They were definitely similar in more than height, for sure. Attitude for one. A sparring partner, more or less. He looked on, beyond the river again. It was like he could see beyond the forest that barred the path of many unless they could fit through somehow. His mind traveled to his little own home, where the spring was his spot, but the cave his favorite spot. He sighed inwardly with longing to be there again, where the sound of the water reverberated off the walls, where only thoughts could be heard but voices could hardly be heard. He heard her hooves again and glanced over. He sighed again, unwilling to really say what he needed to, but the Percheron knew it had to be done. Danger looked over at her. My apologies, my comment was uncalled for. You are welcome to join me in my home whenever you wish, whether temporarily or permanently. It irked him to do that, but he knew how to be a gentleman. Sometimes, just don’t push it. It does not appear very often.

She smirked to herself, how is it one goes from im mister tough to im mister softie? She stepped near him, allowing her frame to brush his, her tongue running across his cheek, im only kidding with you hun mmm I think I can see myself settling in nicely to your lands. She nibbled at the base of his thick nape, she had her ways with males. She could show them affection just as fast as she could show another mare what it felt like to met her wrath. She stopped nibbling and circled around him again frame still brushing along his, hun I could show you a good time, you are so tense. She nibbled at his shoulder, pulling away she flicked her banner and moved away from him, but I don’t feel like you need me tonight, so maybe I will settle into your land tonight and find you in the morning and see if you need me but if you do need me you know where I am. She chuckled softly and turned on a dime moving off with easy, her beat soft upon the ground. She could smell his scent a mile away and it guided her right to his land, she skidded to a halt and trotted into his land, finding herself a good spot in the think dense trees, when he would enter he would not be able to see her only smell her.

Danger felt her coat against his, and a small shiver climbed up his spine. Her voice sounded more silky, and he could hear the apparent flirt that was coming out of her. Yes he could be a big softie, but it was not shown very often. He watched as she went, and wondered if he had made the correct decision. He let her go and let the moon bathe him some more before he went on. Of course he made the right decision. They would get along just fine. His walk turned into a trot as he picked up his hooves over the roots of the woods and followed the worn path slowly. He could smell her for sure, but he did not know if he wanted to go over there. Instead he followed the smell of the water to the spring. He made it there in record time and dipped his maw, this time guzzling the water greedily before walking in, letting the cool water soak through his skin before he climbed out, found the secret path and entered the hidden cave. The water was deafening, but he did not mind it. As he went farther and farther back there, all he could hear were his hooves slapping against the rock. He stopped and turned, watching the drenching water at the cave’s entrance as his mind wandered and soon enough he fell asleep. [/blockquote]
