physical description
He's androgynous, simplest way to put it. He's not overly masculine, lacking serious muscle, facial hair, and wide shoulders. But he's not feminine either. He's not pretty, with any of the sterotypical qualities of the femme fatal men. He's just... simple. His face is long, and unable to grow anything more than peach fuzz. Eyes are almond shaped, both with a greenish hazel color to them; although they will appear more brown in different light. His hair is kept long, for a men's hair cut, and is auburn in color; much redder around the front and upper layers, but fading to a rich brown in the back and on the lower layers. Build wise, he's slender, not muscular by any means. He actually looks sort of pathetic; always wearing clothes that are too big for him.

personality
Vincent is a young man, a young man searching for where he belongs in the world. He's full of doubts and uncertainties. Mentally it's tearing him apart, and he's got past issues he just can't seem to escape from. He's one of those humans who seemed entirely unable to relate and interect with his own species, but has that sort of special touch with animals. He's a passive creature without any sort of temper to speak of, however he's also lacking a backbone and will easily back down and can be pushed around without much effort. While he definately has his feet planted firmly on the ground, he's a realist, he seems to have a mystical, other worldly aura around him that would suggest he's able to believe in anything if he sees good reason to do so, although he's not liable for wild day dreams. Despite his ethereal air, he's not innocent by any means although he may seem somewhat to be naive. He's actually very jaded and in shows in his lack of trust.

history
Vincent was the youngest child in a very large family. His father and mother had a total of 7 children, with Vincent bringing up the rear. The entire clan was religious, with a dangerous crazy zealot nature. The children either followed their parents openly, or did so out of fear or lack of understanding. Young Vincent was mostly ignored, being the youngest. While it had it's advantages sometimes, it also caused him to suffer from severe loneliness and depression; he thought he couldn't live up to his parent's dreams for him like his brothers and sisters could. He started to doubt his religious upbringing, and at the age of 17 he openly admited this to one of his siblings in confidence. They went and told their mother and father, who were furious and threatened to throw Vincent out of the house. Vincent denied what he'd said previously and promised to remain loyal to the family and their beliefs. Only half heartedly did he stay with the family for another year, suffering from even deepder depression and uncertainties. At 18 he left home and tried his best to make it in the real world on his own, but only last two years before returning home to live with his mother and father, who were now grandparents on multiple counts. The 20 year old went through a period of turmoil and doubt as he second guessed everything said to him, both from his parents and outside sources. Nearly four years of suffering passed before his father died and his oldest brother moved back into the house, promptly kicking Vincent out.

physical description
Like his grandfather, who some of you may know as Wolfen, he's a blue-grey colored stallion. He's short in size, although a bit taller than his ancestors were. His greyish pelt is dappled with darker grey and bluish tinges, so that he looks and resembles ice. His mane and tail are a darker grey color compared to his pelt and he has no noticable markings. He seems to have darker stockings on all four limbs, but nothing very drastic or noticable, his legs are just darker. Eyes are a dull, lack luster grey color

personality
In his younger years Woebegone has displayed a strong, and rather morbid, interest in death and all things related to dieing. He isn't afraid to go poking around places of death searching for bones or other remains of animals that have passes on. The sights and scents don't seem to bother him much either, making him perfectly suited to his strange hobby. Constantly examining and looking at death have left him fearless, at his young age he's already looked death in the face multiple times and can't bring himself to fear it, and he sees no reason to fear anything else. If Woebegone were a human he could make a living as a mad scientist. He is constantly asking questions and trying to figure out why things happen, how they happen, and above all he wants to find out what death feels like before he actually dies. His sense of curiousity is huge and his brain is constantly working, looking at things in different lights and thinking about things in ways others may not.

history
Woebegone was born to the stallion Ratri and an unknown, unimportant mare. Days later, to another mare, his sister Queen of Cups joined the herd. The half brother and sister were inseperable from that moment and together they did everything. When the time came that Woebegone was to leave the herd his father had founded, Queen came with him and to this day they are never far from each other.

physical description
Queen is much more lithe and graceful looking than her brother (Woebegone). She has a strong feminine charm, with smooth curves and a thin body that seems somewhat fragile. Her pelt is a strawberry roan color, not unlike the blue roan pelt of her brother. Her face is a lighter, almost creamy white color while her legs are a darker, richer red color than his body. Her mane and tail are a color of strawberry cream. Her eyes are an identical lack luster grey color to her brother's eyes.

personality
She is nothing like the rest of her family, she'd rather sit on the side lines then actually fight someone. She's a powerful talker and uses this to her advantage, talking out of a conflict rather then shed blood. To most she plays the role of the mysterious strange, the cool, calm creature that hangs in the background until she is needed. Unlike her family she does not hold back her kindness or compassion, feeling she should use them as strengths and not weaknesses. Don't think for a moment this makes her a pleasant guy to hang around. A majority of the time she's strange, awkward, sarcastic, and realistic. She has no problem telling others their ideas suck in the harshest way possible. Her obsessions linger with the moon and the stars, loving to spend hours watching them pass across the night sky. She is surely the black sheep of her herd, and she enjoys every moment of it. She does not need constant company, or horses to approve of her- she couldn't care less what they all think

history
She is only a little bit younger than her brother, who is actually her half brother from the same father. They were incredibly close growing up, and so when it came time for her brother to leave the herd for good, she went with him. They traveled across the lands, looking for somewhere to reside permanently. She has always stuck by his side and he by hers, so it was only natural that they arrive together in this new land.
