"What are you wantin' to know?" he asked when he saw Karla staring at him. He would probably tell her if she wanted to find out where he came from. Rosco saw Kyle approaching the pen. The rope halter was in his hands again. Although he didn't pin his ears, Rosco still backed up as far he could. Then he stared at him much as he had in the paddock.

The cremello mare flicked her ears as she observed Kyle entering the pen again, rope halter in hand. She looked at Rosco once more and snorted He justs wants to put the halter on you, he will not do anything to you she peered over the pen so that she could get a better look at the golden stallion and Kyle.
Kyle closed the pen gate behind him and he stood still as he watched the stallion walk backwards. Kyle had made up his mind, he would put the halter on the stallion, no matter how much work it took to do so. He started to slowly approach the stallion step by step.

He justs wants to put the halter on you, he will not do anything to you. Rosco snorted. "All right. I'll be a good little for now. If anything happens, though, I'm gonna get you for lying to me." The three-summers-old stud was serious. He continued to stand in the back, eyes flickering between the halter and his face.

The mare snorted and turned away from the stallion and went to eat her feed that she had nearly forgotten about. Kyle walked even closer to the stallion, hoping that he would allow him to put the halter on. He held the black rope halter out, attempting to put it on the stallion's golden head

He could see that Kyle wasn't going to give up. Even if he had just turned around and left, there was his little promise to be good. Eesh. Eesh a million times over and then some. "Let's get this show on the road." he murmured. Grudgingly Rosco lowered his head.

Kyle was suprised when he the stallion lowered his head, but he didn't complain as he placed the black rope halter around the stallion's head and tied the rope on the halter. He backed away a few steps and watched the stallion for a few more moments "Good boy" he said calmly and then he just simply walked out of the pen, he decided he would fill the horse's water buckets before he was done for the day.
Karla was impressed by Rosco's smart actions and she nickered to the stallion Thank you for for being good, Rosco she said as she watched Kyle fill the horse's water buckets.
