Of course. I said with a small smile, feeling his nibble. I pulled at his mane and nudged him. Anything for you. I whispered toward his ear. The rain was still going outside. Thunder was starting to roll outside and lightning flickering for the light effect. But I noticed none of that except the two of us.
Adrenaline coursed through my body as I heard her scream and then the mountain lion. My good-for-nothing mare was in trouble now. I saw it on Belle and started to run before turning around. I picked up a rock, ready to fling it at the lion. In all my days of riding through here I had never seen a mountain lion. But there was a first time for anything. I was worried about Lightning and Juliet, but now I was more worried about Stevie and Belle. Lets get out of here! My thoughts ran through my mind, the horses would be okay by themselves. However, our lives right now were on the line. [/blockquote]

"Hop on!" I yelled jumping on terrifyed Belle. That moutain lion was stunned right now but it was going to attack again soon, we didn't have much time to get away...that stallion was sooo dead!!!!
"But before I want you to know that I've bred another mare, she has my foal on the ranch right now. The mares messed up I've messed up but I don't care any more she wanted me to. I might still love her though..." I knew that Juliet couldn't possibly want to do this now that she knew my terrible secret...

I hesitated. I looked at him. He was a young one. He shouldn’t be put through this. He had made a mess, like he said. I felt sorry for him now, if anything. And I felt cruddy for tearing at his heartstrings like I knew I had. It is up to you. If you wish, I am up for it. However I do not want to tear apart true love, if that is what you believe it is. I did not want to be a homewrecker, either. It is nothing to be ashamed of. You can love her and let her go if you want or you can love her and go back to her. A small smile came upon my face, but this time it was more of a whisper of something I wanted. I have heard that being in love is one of the best feelings in the world, but can be the one that hurts the most too.
Rachael quickly jumped on, looking back at the mountain lion. It was time to get out of there right now before he came to. This was one of the weirdest days that she ever had. And, she thought, there was a chance that Juliet may be bred. She didn’t care though, as long as both horses were okay and the three of them got out of there with their lives intact. [/blockquote]

"I'm sorry Juliet. I can't do this. I do love Dancer and if I do this she'll never forgive me. I hope you understand. Though I want to I can't I have a foal to think about but if she doesn't forgive me for what I'm doing right now I think we could work something out, I'm sorry." I heard screams coming from the forest. "Juliet our humans and Belle, their in trouble! We have to go!" I skided down the slope into the the forest. Oh I hated rain!
The mountian lion ran after us and caught Belle's hindquarters again. Her hind went down and she fell. "Belle!" I screamed as I was thrown from the saddle. Then I heard the pounding of hooves. Lightning! Oh good boy but where was Juliet? Lightning reared and I noticed that he looked like a wild stallion his halter gone and mane and tail tangled in burrs. Lightning was attacking the mountian lion fearlessly, with teeth and hooves. "Get im Lightning!" I shouted. OH just don't get hurt...

She wanted to say it was alright, because it was. She had done this for kicks, and she knew that. And she felt wretched by the way she had been treating him. He was young one, and he had found love. She had found nothing of the sort besides some temporary playmates. Her heart sighed with longing for such a feeling to come to her, to arouse her spirits, one to challenge her mentally. But she figured that was long gone, or at least long down the road. She let him get a head start before going down the mountain herself. Her mind was turning through all the different thoughts that the young stud had put in there, unintentionally of course.
Rachael felt her fall and she rolled off, grabbing at rocks as she finally stopped to throw. But then there was Lightning, already taking on the mountain lion. She did not want to throw the rocks for fear of hitting Lightning and instead looked around for Juliet, hoping that she was okay. She figured that she was seeing as Lightning was, so she was not too worried anymore. [/blockquote]

(Just so you know the reason I was asking was because I know Stevie's not gonna work here anymore. I wasn't trying to rush you, sorry if it felt that way!)
