The feeling of autumn lingered on the cool breeze that stirred the ocean's waves. The sands seemed to blend in with the tides, as the current washed over the shoreline. The slightly blowing wind carried the hint of an oncoming winter, but it still seemed as if was a long way away. Today, not many people dotted the beach, only a handful of people. Perhaps it had grown too cold for them and it kept them at home, never the matter, one person in particular was resting on the beach, watching the waters lap at the sands.
He was sitting on the sand, his blue eyes watching the calm waters. It was such a soothing scene to watch, he could hardly take his eyes off of it. He only came to beaches to look at the water. For it was an interesting thing to watch, the ocean that is. He was only wearing a muscle shirt and jeans, but it really wasn't that cold, at least not to him anyway. Some would figure that he would be sensitive to the cold, seeing as he lived in the scorching state of Texas for so long, but not only was it hot there, it was also cold at times, so he adapted to both.
He looked at the ocean for a few more moments before laying on his back in the sand. The sand seemed to be colder than the wind itself but it wasn't that bad. Now he was looking up at the sky, lost in thought

A sleek black Corvette Convertible turned the numerous corners of the street at a comfortable speed. The driver obviously knew what the car could handle. Brunette hair flew in the wind, as the convertible had it's top down. Some would think it was almost too cool for this type of behaviour, but it was a comfortable sixty degrees. That was just enough. In the front passenger seat sat a giant Standard Poodle who was, as his owner was, enjoying the breeze. The brown eyed young woman laughed at his usually long and sad face, he was only truly happy outdoors. The sun was just setting and it was about seven o'clock maybe. Suddenly the sun was in her eyes and her clear eye sight could spot the glistening ocean. Slowing to a complete stand still, the car was put into Park and the young woman climbed out. Turning over to the other side, she opened the door for her dog, who clambered out but stayed by her side. He didn't have a leash, he didn't need one. The big parti coloured poodle was very well behaved.
"You're such a good boy."
She cooed to her little boy, who wagged his poofy tail at her in response. Chuckling to herself she swung her bag out of the car and hitched it onto her shoulder. Striding down to the sandy beach, Oriana slipped her flip flops off and walked barefoot, her favorite companion wandering beside her. The brunette had no idea if dogs were allowed on the beach, she was new around town of course. Well if it wasn't allowed she'd know. She didn't worry for the moment. Meandering closer to the surf she set down her stuff and settled herself next to it. Pointing at the stretch of beach she watched her good boy lope down it and widely turn, returning to her, the biggest smile on his beautiful face. Taking his face between her hands she rubbed his ears and sat nose to nose with him.
"My silly, good boy."
He took off again and tired himself out before coming back to her and flopping down, his head in her lap. Watching the sun she felt content. Her decision to stay away from school for a while had been the best choice ever. Happiness. Warmth. Nothing could beat this. Glancing around she spotted one of the only people on the beach, he seemed to be watching the waves like she happened to be. He didn't look like he was in a bad mood either, so Oriana decided she would say hello. Raising herself to her feet, she glided over to him and smiled, Jasper still at her heels.
"Hey, I'm new around here, thought I might just say hello."

The sea was such a natural thing, just like the sky was. The blue hues were almost like poetry, it was obvious that the ocean was reflecting the sky, since it itself carried a bright blue hue. It was a good day today, seeing as sky didn't hint rain at all, so the rain wasn't going to ruin this day. He sat up as he heard a female voice nearby then after he realized that she was talking to him he smiled "Hi there, its good to see a new face around here" He spoke soon after,
He had noticed that the small town had been getting alot of new people lately, some nice, some strange, some just plan aggresive, yes aggressive, he wasn't hallucinating or anything. He had met a nice handful of the new faces that had arrived into town and most of the time he usually tried to help them if they needed any help at all. Although it had seemed that every last one of them needed help of some sort, whether it was find a job or they were a bit lost of their way around the time. He hadn't been here that long but he knew a good deal about the town to offer information any who actually needed info.
Nevertheless, it was still good to see a new face, no matter if they were good or bad via attitude. He was still sitting on the sand but he didn't technically find a need to have to stand up because he figured that the new face wouldn't stick around the beach for very long anyway. He ought to introduce himself to the new face, it was one of the kindest gestures known around here anyway. "I'm Jason" He spoke soon after he had finished thinking to himself
