Allure Sky, abandoned at the hands of both equine and man,
The wind ruffled the mare's coat as she stumbled upon the strange lands. She had not the slighest clue of where she was, but it smelled of equine so she just swallowed her fear and walked. But now she was standing in a meadow, the grasses brushing against her legs, as she her eyes took in the landscape. She flicked her tail across her patched flanks as she stretched out foreleg and rubbed her head against it, curing an itch that had come upon her suddenly. She stood up straight again and continued to look around. Her legs started to move again underneath her painted bodice at a leisurely trot, where was she?
Her journey had started many, many suns ago as she escaped from the strange land that reaked of human, she wasn't looking back at what was behind her , she just continued to run endlessly. She had run so long that she believed her heart would burst, ending her life right then and there. But sadly she did not die. She had to say the truth, she did not want to die. She raised her head and observed the sky for a few silent moments, did she have to be alone? She called out to the sky in a loud whinny, she hoped that someone would answer her or appear or something. She truly did not want to be alone any longer, she could not bear it any longer. She lowered her head again and shook her bodice abruptly as the sun's rays beat down on her. Her thoughts raced back to her painted son, oh how she missed him! She wished she could touch noses with the beautiful colt once more, but she knew that it would never happed again. She hung her head for a few moments, the depression creeping back onto her. Her ears flicked back and forth as she listened to the sound of bees buzzing and the calls of birds taking flight into the sky. Her eyes were half closed as she thought of running next to her son again, she had to remember that it was all in the past, and she would never see her son again. She had to look to the future.
She shook her head and raised it, looking at the landscape. Allure Sky lowered her head and grazed on the yellow grasses, they tasted strange to her, but she hadn't eaten in about three or maybe four suns so anything would do. She grazed for a few more moments before raising her head again, she lowered her bodice and laid on the ground on her side. A sigh passed from her as she closed her eyes and soon drifted off to sleep. It was no doubt that the mare's dreams consisted of running with her herd again, by her foal's side. Why did life have to be so cruel to the kind of heart? left in the cold as an abandoned false stranger....... OOC: Word Count: 531 (Kinda short, but it will do, it gets to the point :]) Notes! Allure Sky wanders into the herdlands of Zarian, mostly by accident, but seeing as she has scented the smell of equine, she hopes that she is accepted into these lands. Her thoughts race back to her son, and it saddens her greatly.

I'm finding my way back to sanity, again Though I don't really know what I am gonna do when I get there Take a breath and hold on tight
Besides the center of his land, Serenity Lake, Sunset Meadow was one of Zarians favored placed to spend time. The land seemed to be suspended in time, always hanging in the realm of the rising and setting sun. Today the world was washed in an array of colors, starting upon the color of red, ending with purple and falling within each inbetween hue. The sight was breath taking, because not only was the erath splashed with color but it also glowed, the suns rays that never fully appear or disappear but yet they lended the land their golden sheen.
As Zarian walked threw the terrain the long dark green grass brushed the underside of his belly. He was a tall beast, on the larger scale of his breed, shorter equines would be engulfed by the foliage. He could picture it now, foals from his own blood romping threw the underbrush, hiding while he and their mother seeked them out. Zarians heart lightened at the thought. Yes, for the past three years Zarian had been out on his own, a rouge to the world. He’d also been banished from his homeland at a very young age, so he hadn’t really had the chance to become ideal for a ‘family’ exictance. But after claiming Serenity Lake his out look for a future was different. He wanted more then having to think about just tomorrow. Before hed never been able to think ahead, his mind had been filled simply with the next moment. What was available to eat, to drink or if there was a predator hunting him, even at times he’d had to be warry of other rouge stallions. It had hardened him over the years, always looking over his back. But Serenity Lake gave him a chance. Ever since Zarian had claimed this kingdom and assured himself of the territory his thoughts had changed from what was going to happen in the next moment to what was his long term future would be like.
Zarians long, elegant neck lowered to nip at the tips of the grass. It was succulent and the taste burst against his tounge contenting him even more. But then Zarians head shot up and his nostrils twitched. He tilted his neck to the right, following the scent to it’s strongest stran. A half dozen meters from him layed an obscure view of the mare he scented. She was kind of obvious, even though she was laying in the tall grass. Her pelt was a puzzle of black and white, if it had been all of one or the other color it ould have been harder to pick her out. Zarian swallowed the tang of the grass he had been chewing and moved into motion. He wasn’t quiet about his entrance, not liking to surprise females, stalk up to them. But he soon discovered that when he got close and the femme didn’t pick up her head in awareness that she was asleep. A deep chuckle resounded from deep within his chest, it was reassuring to know that any mare would feel comfortable enough to let down her guard and sleep in his land.
‘Wake up little ángel.’ He said in his deep baritone accent. He hovered above the laying form of the female a kind look upon his face so that when she did awaken she was not frightened by his presence. Word Count: 565 Character: Zarian Other: I acutaly quite like this post, it’s a softer side of Zarian.

Allure Sky Fate's Come-A-Callin The mare's ear flicked as her dream abruptly came to and end. Soon enough her eyes slowly opened and she woke up to find a tall stallion looking down on her. She figured she awoke to the sound of his deep voice, whatever the case, she raised her head and soon got to her hooves and shook her painted bodice and dipped her head to the stallion Sir, my deepest apologies for intruding on your territory She raised her shortly after, but it was still somewhat still held in a low carriage as her blue and brown eyes carefully looked the stallion over, her nostrils flared for a few moments, as she took in the scent. She guessed it was his scent that was engulfing the land, so she immediatly figured this equine in front of her must be the lead. She flicked her tail across her two toned flanks uneasily for a few moments, contemplating on what she should say if there was anything to say in front of an equine of such high ranking. He probably looked down on her as an intruder, what if he chased her away? Her ear flicked again when she remembered that voice she had heard sounded kind, so maybe the stallion would not chase her away, hopefully.
Both of her ears pricked this time Sir, she started again, her voice was kind also Although I happened upon your lands mostly by mistake, I am looking for a herd, and I assumed that you were the one who roamed these lands... She remembered how she had fell asleep so carelessly in the lands and for a moment she felt ashamed. What if a predator had come and dispatched her as she was sleeping? Her bodice trembled at the thought. She would have to be more careful in the future, if there was a future. She swung her head around to look at the landscape warily now, ears flicking this way and that to catch any other sounds, her sense of smell did not catch the scent of any other equines so she figured that the stallion was the only one here, aside from her self. Sir, my name is Allure Sky She stated afterwards, figuring that she should at least introuduce herself to the other equine, she did not want to be even ruder than she had already been by intruding on claimed lands. May I ask your calling? She asked soon after quite politely.
She turned her head to peer at her own black and white coat, her own markings reminded her of her son and a sigh escaped her maw. Her son had bore her black and white patches, and it was an everyday reminder whenever she peered at her reflection on a water's clear mirror like surface, it saddened her some but slowly, bit by bit she started to get over the fact that her colt was gone. She turned her head around and looked back to the stallion.
OOC: Word Count: 555 Notes! A better post, I think. Allure Sky is startled momentarily by the stallion's apperance before introducing herself. She is slightly ashamed to have fallen asleep on a stranger's lands. She has also started to accept the lost of her colt.

I know there’s something out there I think I hear it move I’ve never felt like this before I wish you never told me
Zarian got the joy of watching the female awake. He looked on quietly as she slowly blinked her eyes open and came from the dream world into reality. First her small neck raised, looking up at him then the rest of her followed; her duo-colored legs coming to raise her body to her full height. The mare was quite the bit smaller then Zarian, her withers a good half a foot shorter then his. His grey muscled neck towered above her. There was a querk to his lips as the femme shook out her patterned body, the youth in which she acted made him wonder how many seasons she’s seen. The first words uttered from here colored lips had Zarian musing to himself. Did he really believe that the mare was sorry for intruding into his lands? Alls you had to do is take a deep breath and his reek would fill your every sense. So she couldn’t plead ignorance. The little femme was amusing him, because with her next words he almost laughed. Although I happened upon your lands mostly by mistake… Her words defied what he had just thought to himself. She would have had to be very dence to ‘mistakenly’ enter his lands with his borders clearly marked, but he kept silent, still listening.
As the mare kept on speaking Zarian was simply more amused. I assumed that you were the one who roamed these lands… Well now what had given her that idea? For some odd reason Zarian felt in one of his lighter moods which didn’t often happen, so he didn’t speak bluntly against her. No still he waited pachiently for her to speek because he knew that her fool mouth was not done. She gave a second to look around his lands, there was something about her stance that hinted she was thinking about something that made her uncomfortable but what Zarian wasn’t sure. He only raised one eyebrow at her silently asking what she was about. Allure Sky is it? What a peculiar name. When Allure Sky finaly asked his name Zarian had to take half a moment to think about what to say.
‘Yes you have intruded into my land and if I was sharing it with anyone ells besides myself I’d take this confrontation differently. But seeming as how I have no one ells to look after the intrusion is of little consequence.’ Zarians complex words were simplified by his deep but slight accent. ‘You had to have known you were walking into my lands, had to have known yards before what you were entering. For I have marked my land well. So you can not claim that it was a mistake, I’d not believe it.’ He was being kind compaired to what he could be speaking. ‘As for you searching for a herd are you stating this to let me know you are available for the claiming?’ Zarian was more or less prettying up the question on weather or not she was looking for a placing in his lands. ‘And yes I am the one who roams and owns this land. My calling is Zarian.’ For not having spoken to another horse in quite sometime Zarian had just uttered a mouth full. Word Count: 540 Character: Zarian Other: Yeah Zarian pretty much thought her words were ridiculous but he was kind about it.

Allure Sky Fates Come-A-Callin The painted equine stared at the stallion that stood before her, a bit perturbed by his speech but she quickly dismissed it by a flick of an ear. She had honestly scented the stallion all over the lands that she had set foot on, but she wasn't exactly sure if he was the who owned the lands. She felt ashamed to be talked down upon as such but it didn't bother her for long. She listened patiently as the stallion resumed his speech in response to what she had previously just spoken and her ears came forward to catch the words that asked if she was up for the claiming. No stallion has claimed, so I suppose so She flicked her ear as she heard him speak his name. It is a pleasure to meet you Zarian She spoke soon after, her eyes on the equine again. Her thoughts raced back again as she turned her head and looked at the meadow landscape again. It had been many a sun since she had been claimed, at this point she didn't really care if this equine claimed her. It wouldn't make much of a difference, but the world was full of suprises of all sorts. She lowered her head as a feeling of depression came over, she'd rather have her colt at her side again then be standing on this landscape any day, but then she raised her head when she realized that even if she did still have her colt at her side, he would have to leave her someday. A sigh passed from her maw at this realization she flicked her tail across her flanks irritably. The world was so cruel! Why did it seem as if terrible things always fell upon her kind heart? She looked out into the distance once more, simply remiscing, remebering life's simply joys. She flicked an ear as the wind blew slightly as if it was whispering into her ears. She enjoyed the feeling of the wind, it felt as if she was being released from life's clutches if only for a single short moment. When the wind finally died down she turned her head around again and pricked her ears. Sir, will you please accept me into your lands as one of your own? She asked. She knew it was strange for a mare to ask such a thing, but it wasn't doing any harm was it? Her ear flicked, what if this stallion ran her off for her ignorance? It wouldn't make much of a difference, she would just have to travel in the opposite direction and hope for the best. OOC: Word Count: 507 Notes!: Sky is wanting to be claimed by the stranger, for she has nothing else to look forward to anyway. She believes that no harm would come of her simply request.
